The Response Has Been Incredible.

Why I Wrote This Article (The Urgent Need for a New Path)

Hey Reader,

I hope this finds you and yours well.

Last week, I sent out my Black Friday deals, including the launch of a brand new 12-week online group, "Men, Meaning + Microdosing" starting in January.

The response has been incredible and the group is shaping up to be something truly unique and transformative. I am encouraged by the men who have committed and look forward to working together as a group.

🍄 If you are interested in microdosing and its relationship to men's mental health and meaning, please prioritize reading this article I wrote for Maple Magazine titled "Men, microdosing and the silent crisis."

The article details the core issue—the crisis of isolation, lack of meaning, and the limitations of "standard cocktail" solutions.

It validates the path we are taking: men are actively looking for a new path, and this structured group is my answer.

"When combining these powerful neuroplastic effects with therapy, we begin to understand how psychedelic-assisted therapy can dramatically reduce symptoms in men suffering from conditions like depression, anxiety and addiction."

📣 So, this is a heads-up. The Black Friday deal is available to active or returning clients until Cyber Monday (December 1st), or until the remaining spots are filled.

🤯 The Black Friday Deal: For this first cohort of early adopters, I am offering a one-time-only 80% discount. That makes your investment $1,000 CAD.

Normally, the full investment for this program is priced at $5,000 CAD—which, for a transformational container that could save you a decade or two banging your head against a wall, is still a great deal.

🗓️ The Schedule:

Day/Time: Saturdays, 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM (12 weekly sessions starting in January)

The Commitment:

  • Participate in an intake interview and be formally accepted into the group.
  • Commit to attending all 12 weekly group sessions, plus two individual check-in sessions.
  • Be willing to have sessions recorded and provide detailed feedback.
  • Provide a review at the end of the program.

👉🏽 How to Proceed:

This group is not available on the public booking site.

For many, the thought of participating in a group might sound like a nightmare even though you see the value and benefit. You may have questions about what to expect or want to know if the protocol I plan to teach is suitable to you specifically. Others may want to take advantage of the limited one-time pricing but want to know if a payment plan is available.

👍 Whatever your resistance or situation, intakes are being scheduled now. If you are on the fence or just want to ask me a few questions to lessen the FOMO, this is your chance! Go ahead and hit reply to grab an intake spot.

This deal is available until Cyber Monday (December 1st). Hope you enjoy the article.

"Give me a place to stand, and I shall move the earth." — Archimedes Hi Reader, Good morning. I hope your week is settling into a decent rhythm. I was thinking this morning about Archimedes. He’s famous for his "Eureka!" moment—discovering the laws of buoyancy while relaxing in a bath. He didn’t find the answer by grinding harder; he found it when he finally allowed his system to down-regulate. He knew that with the right leverage, a man could move anything. In my work, I see many men trying...

"The ability to observe without evaluating is the highest form of intelligence." — Jiddu Krishnamurti Hi Reader, Good morning, I hope the start of your year is settling into a decent rhythm. I was up really early this morning to have a moment before everyone woke up and noticed how much harder it is to find any peace or stillness once the emails and notifications start firing. I was reminded of a research study I just read on dopamine published this month in the Journal of Neuroscience. We...

"If you give a monk testosterone, he’ll probably just start chanting faster and more competitively." Hi Reader, I was nerding out reading some of the work of neuroscientist and primatologist Robert Sapolsky and wanted to share a quick insight regarding how we view masculinity and leadership. We often see a version of status that equates to dominance and aggressive posturing. There is a common assumption that this behavior is a direct result of high testosterone. However, decades of data...
